Dear Ambassador Dimitar Abadjiev.
Your Excellency’s, Dear Colleagues Ambassadors, dear guests.
Ladies and Gentlemen.
I have the honour, as temporary Dean of the Diplomatic Corps Accredited to the Republic of Slovenia to greet Your Excellency Mr.Abadjiev as you bring to a conclusion your duties as an Ambassador to this Country.
Unfortunately there hasn’t been much time to know each other better, but your very impressive curriculum is clearly pointing out your dedication and the trust you gained in carrying out your Mission.
You did your Master of Law at:

Let me express my personal link and admiration for your beautiful Country which I visited it in the past when my wife’s cousin, King Simeon was Prime Minister. I know that the most important thing for him, was not to return as a King or as a Prime Minister but to serve his Country in the spirit of justice and truth. Allow me to say, this should inspire all of us. Only if we put ourselves at service of justice and truth we are able to succeed for a better future.
Thank you again for your kind hospitality here today and we e appreciate your decision to not receive the traditional farewell silver plate on behalf of the Diplomatic Corps in Slovenia, but to devolve the corresponding amount to the charitable organisation SILA – SLOVENIAN INTERNATIONAL LADIES ASSOCIATION.
